Product Return or Replacement

You've purchased a product through GeorgiaMadeGeorgiaGrown.com.   You have received a product from the producer and you've decided you need to return it or it needs to be replaced.  Here are the steps you need to take.

  • Get the contact information for the producer (here's how)
  • Review the producer's return and replacement policy (find it here)
  • Contact the producer about your return or replacement

If a refund is in order the producer will contact GeorgiaMadeGeorgiaGrown.com and we will work with them to get your refund to you as quickly as possible.  Replacement of a product is the responsibility of the producer.  If you have difficulties or issues please contact us via GeorgiaMadeGeorgiaGrown.com Customer Service and we will help to satisfactorily resolve your issues.

Order Cancellation

You've ordered a product through GeorgiaMadeGeorgiaGrown.com, but have not yet received it or been notified that it has shipped.  You've decided you need to cancel that order.  Here are the steps you need to take.

  • Get the contact information for the producer (here's how)
  • Review the producer's order cancellation policy (find it here)
  • Contact the producer about canceling your order
  • Verify that you have received the appropriate refund from Georgia Made Georgia Grown, LLC for your purchase (here's how)

The producer must be notified to cancel an existing order.  The producer will notify GeorgiaMadeGeorgiaGrown.com of the order cancellation.  Once we know an order has been cancelled we will initiate the appropriate refund.  We have to be notified by the producer first in order to issue your refund.  If you have difficulties or issues please contact us via GeorgiaMadeGeorgiaGrown.com Customer Service and we will help to satisfactorily resolve your issues.
